1. Order Processing & Verification

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1–5 business days. This period allows our team to conduct quality assurance checks and prepare your items for transit. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or modify order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery destination or intercept the shipment.

3. Shipping Estimates

• Standard Domestic: 5–10 business days.
• International Shipping: 15–25 business days, subject to local customs processing times.

Disclaimer: Delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers. While we endeavor to meet these timelines, Bumberbee is not responsible for delays caused by carrier network congestion, severe weather, or force majeure events.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your package according to their standard operating procedures. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave a notice or hold the package at a local sorting facility. Failure to claim the package within the carrier's specified timeframe may result in the item being returned to our facility.

5. Lost or Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if you receive a damaged package or your tracking status has not updated for an extended period, please notify us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to provide you with a resolution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees required by their destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
